We're Pet-Friendly around here!

That's right, we're a pet friendly community here at Boltwood. Why? Because we're pet owners ourselves and we get it. We're not the stodgy old landlord types! With that said, we do have a few rules you'll have to abide by.

Restricted Breeds:

Staffordshire Terriers (a.k.a. Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher, wolf-dogs, Chow-Chows, Akitas, German Shepard and other traditionally aggressive breeds and any animals with a history of aggressive behavior are not permitted. Mixes of restricted breeds are prohibited as well.

Costs:

$300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee +  Pet rent of $35 per month for 2 pets.
